About Me.
Founded by Registered Dietitian and Fitness Professional Samantha Poccia, Sustano blends over a decade of experience in nutrition, race running, fitness instruction, performance coaching, and real-life habit building. Samantha has worked with a wide range of clients, from high-performing fitness instructors, to tactical and endurance athletes, to the everyday individuals seeking clarity, consistency, and confidence in their health.
Samantha is a marathon runner pursuing the six original World Major Marathons, with four down and two to go! She has also run numerous half marathons, 5Ks, and turkey trots. No matter the distance, Samantha is there for the love of the run. She has been a fitness instructor for over 10 years, teaching at Equinox, SLT, Urban Lagree, and more. Samantha deeply understands what it takes to fuel, train, recover, and stay consistent in your running and fitness habits.
